Grand Re-opening of the Museum and America 250 Mural Dedication

Welcome to Owensville History Museum!

We are ready to welcome all for the Grand Re-opening of our museum. We are excited to share our renovations and exhibits. At the same time, we will unveil our village mural in conjunction with American 250. In partnership with other county museums, a keepsake passport featuring details about various local museums will be offered (available while supplies last).

America 250 is a nationwide, multi-year effort to commemorate the 250th anniversary of our country and the Declaration of Independence now through July 4, 2026.  In Clermont County, several historical public art murals will showcase moments and figures in the region’s 250-year history. These murals will celebrate the county’s heritage, history and pride.

We will have light refreshments. This is a free event for all.
